Disclaimer & Privacy Policy
Applicable to: CROME, CROME Protocol, CROME Agents, the CROME Network, the CROME token, and any related software, interfaces, smart contracts, or associated tools.
Privacy Commitment
CROME prioritizes user privacy and decentralization. The protocol does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information.
• No User Registration: Users can access and utilize CROME without registering, creating accounts, logging in, or providing personal details. • Absence of Tracking Technologies: CROME does not utilize cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics tools. • Third-Party Systems: External applications, wallets, or APIs interacting with CROME may enforce independent data practices. CROME does not bear responsibility for these third-party policies or practices.
User Responsibility: Users bear full responsibility for their interactions with CROME, its agents, smart contracts, or related tools.
Developer Preview Notice
The CROME protocol—including its agent infrastructure and token systems—is currently in an experimental and developmental stage unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Consequently:
• Some features may be incomplete, unstable, or undergoing active development. • Performance, security, and scalability attributes may evolve substantially over time. • CROME is intended primarily for research, testing, prototyping, and exploratory applications.
Note: Users must approach CROME as an experimental protocol under continuous improvement rather than as a finalized product.
Use at Your Own Risk
Interactions with the CROME protocol, including deployment and utilization of agents, token mechanisms, or automated contracts, are executed entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Examples of such interactions include, but are not limited to:
• Financial operations, such as deposits, swaps, trades, or other transactions. • Deployment and management of autonomous agents executing pre-defined or AI-influenced logic. • Engagements whose outcomes are influenced by programmable logic, AI modelling, or autonomous decision-making.
CROME developers, contributors, and affiliates explicitly disclaim any liability arising from your use or implementations and any subsequent outcomes.
Users are advised to exercise thorough due diligence and comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
Jurisdictional Limitations
CROME is expressly not intended for use by individuals or entities located within jurisdictions where its usage is restricted or prohibited, including the United States and other regions imposing relevant limitations.
Access or utilization of CROME from restricted or prohibited jurisdictions is done entirely at the user’s own risk and legal responsibility. CROME assumes no liability for such actions.
Ideological & Functional Neutrality
CROME operates solely as a decentralized autonomous agent execution protocol. It maintains strict neutrality and does not endorse or represent:
• Political affiliations, ideologies, or stances. • Religious beliefs or cultural narratives. • Specific financial systems or investment strategies.
CROME’s sole function is to provide autonomous execution capabilities. The intentions, use-cases, and decisions of agents and their users remain strictly the user’s responsibility.
Token Disclaimer – The CROME Token
The CROME token is exclusively a utility token facilitating execution, network access, and incentivization within the CROME ecosystem.
The CROME token is explicitly not:
• A financial instrument, investment vehicle, or speculative asset. • Representative of equity shares or financial returns. • Associated with any governance rights, voting rights, or claims of ownership.
By acquiring, holding, or using the CROME token, users acknowledge and accept that:
• The token carries no implied or explicit promise of appreciation, financial returns, or economic benefits. • The token’s purpose is strictly confined to the functionality and operational capabilities within the CROME protocol. • The protocol may implement mechanisms for transaction fees, network fees, or incentive rewards. Interaction with CROME implies agreement and acceptance of these operational mechanisms.
Final Terms of Use
By engaging with CROME, its agents, associated smart contracts, or utilizing the CROME token, users explicitly acknowledge and accept that:
• They hold sole responsibility for all actions, interactions, and outcomes, whether financial, technical, legal, or otherwise. • They accept full accountability and liability for any consequences resulting from their use or interactions. • They fully indemnify and release CROME’s developers, contributors, affiliates, and any associated parties from liability or claims arising from such interactions or uses.
Users unwilling to accept these terms are advised not to engage with or utilize the CROME protocol or its ecosystem.
